About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and execute high-impact search strategies that drive organic growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO expertise, content strategy skills, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).

Conduct detailed SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content for search intent, Core Web Vitals, and WCAG accessibility standards.

Manage link-building campaigns and outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks.

Track, analyse, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Requirements
Proven track record in delivering successful SEO campaigns for multiple clients or industries.

Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).

Expertise in keyword research, content optimisation, site structure, and internal linking.

Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics and how they impact SEO.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.

Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and E-E-A-T guidelines.

Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and paid search (PPC).

Agency background or experience managing multiple client accounts.
