We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy Manager to support the Care Home Manager in overseeing the operations of our care home in Southend-on-Sea. The role involves assisting in day-to-day management, improving care quality, and supervising staff activities.

Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to the Care Home Manager.
Organize and oversee staff duties and schedules.
Contribute to the development of care services.
Take on a leadership role during emergencies.
Requirements:
Experience in the health and social care sector.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
NVQ Level 3 or above (preferred).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
