About the Role
We’re looking for a Web Designer to craft fast, accessible, conversion-focused websites for our clients. You’ll take projects from brief → wireframes → high-fidelity designs → handoff (and light front-end where needed). Ideal for a designer who blends strong visual taste with UX thinking and a practical understanding of modern web tech.

What You’ll Do
Translate business goals into user-centered site architectures, wireframes, and prototypes.

Design responsive, brand-consistent UI for websites, landing pages, microsites, and campaign assets.

Prepare developer-ready design specs, components, and assets (design systems, style guides).

Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), SEO and conversion (CRO).

Collaborate with content, marketing, and engineering; run quick user tests/A-B tests where relevant.

(Nice) Implement light front-end for marketing pages (HTML5/CSS3, basic JS) or CMS themes.

Must-Have Skills
Portfolio showing responsive website/UI work for real products/clients.

Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Strong grasp of layout/typography, color, spacing, and web accessibility.

Understanding of web basics: responsive grids, design tokens, breakpoints, assets, SVGs.

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, GA4, GTM, and conversion best practices.

Excellent written/spoken English; organized and deadline-reliable.

Nice to Have
WordPress / Webflow / Shopify theming; Elementor or Gutenberg experience.

Front-end: Tailwind CSS, basic JavaScript/TypeScript, React basics, Git.

Performance optimization (Lighthouse/PageSpeed), schema markup, A/B testing tools.

B2B tech/agency experience and brand system work.
