A four-person lift offers easy access between the two floors, and every bedroom and bathroom is fitted with a convenient call bell system for peace of mind.

We offer 31 single rooms, many of which feature en-suite facilities. Each room has its own unique charm, tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. Residents enjoy spacious, carpeted rooms complete with hand basins, wardrobes, and dressing tables. Our home is not only a safe and comfortable place to live, but it’s also perfectly situated in Southend, offering the best of seaside living with fresh air, scenic views, and a friendly local community.
